Appalachia Chiropractic & Wellness accepts most major insurance providers for our services. If your do not see your insurance provider listed, please contact our office.
In order to file a claim to your insurance, we will need to make a copy of your insurance card. Please bring your card with you to every visit. If you have a specific questions regarding your health plan participation, please call the member service number on the back of your insurance card and they can clarify any inquiries to your specific policy.
